About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from tomolife.global, operated by TOMO LIFE. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Details such as foil or emboss finishes are described on each product page. Thin 52gsm paper naturally shows some ghosting and rippling; see our paper page for details.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Please transfer the exact total within 48 hours of placing your order; unpaid orders after that time may be cancelled, and the stock released.

Pre-orders

Pre-order stock is limited to our production quantity for each colour. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. If production is delayed, we will let you know by email, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we will always help you resolve them.
