Refund policy

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we will process it. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide, within 7 working days of your cancellation.

Because these are pre-orders, there is a long gap between payment and delivery. We would rather you cancel than wait on something you have changed your mind about.

Returns

If your book arrives damaged or with a production fault, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including return postage.

Please note that slight rippling of pages where ink is heavy, and visible ghosting from the other side of a sheet, are normal characteristics of 52gsm paper and are not faults. There is more about this on our paper page.
