Shipping policy
Pre-orders
All TOMO LIFE planners are currently sold as pre-orders. We expect to begin dispatching orders from [ESTIMATED SHIP DATE]. Orders are dispatched in the order they are paid. If production is delayed, we will email you with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from Jakarta via JNE REG. We currently ship within Indonesia only.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your province and the total weight of your order.

As a guide, one A6 Daily and one Weeks together ship in the lowest weight band.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, JNE REG usually takes 1–3 working days within Java and 2–6 working days elsewhere. Remote areas may take longer.

When your order is dispatched, we will email you the JNE tracking number.
Address and delivery problems
