Dispatch
All TOMO LIFE planners are currently pre-orders. We expect to begin dispatching from [ESTIMATED SHIP DATE]. If that date moves, we email everyone who ordered before it happens.
Shipping
We ship from Jakarta via JNE REG, within Indonesia only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and the weight of your order. One A6 Daily and one Weeks together ship in the lowest weight band.

Cancellations
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email us with your order number. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 working days.
Returns
If your book arrives damaged or with a production fault, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including return postage.
Slight rippling where ink is heavy, and ghosting from the other side of the sheet, are normal for 52gsm paper and are not faults. More on our paper page.
